Amber Alerts in regards of “parent(s) kidnapping their own child/children”
What the fuck is that? Where did it come from? Why the fuck do we have it???
Ohhhh.... IT'S FOR THE CHILDREN!!! Got it now! We can do anything immoral, we can past any retarded law just as long it is for the children, Silly me!
On paper of course it looks amazing and very emotional. Let's help everybody, everywhere and all of the times. In reality it's a fucked up solution for a real problem.
The last AA from yesterday was about mother taking her own child away from foster parents. All unknown to us circumstances aside, how the fuck is it even possible??? How can mother abduct her own child??? Oh yes, she can nowadays – “because all children are ours”, they belong to the community, a state, hence they don't belong to parents. Actually they do only when they broke the window of your neighbour's house and YOU have to pay for the damage.
Of course all the NPC's are gonna tell me how good this law is, how many children was helped because of it, blah, blah, blah. Did they even read the criteria?

It's all hunky dory so why do we have AA for parents “kidnapping” their own children? I guess because it's the easiest way to deal with the problem? We know who did what, case closed. LE doesn't have to do any real, detective work. Let's just blast the fucking message to millions of Americans that mother or father took his/her kid(s) for a joy ride. Fucking disgrace.
Sometimes .gov LE abuses it's powers and don't even take under consideration point number 2!
It gets better: West Virgina passed another legislation getting rid of point number 1!! No comment on this one. Basically bad law chasing another bad law, after the bad law. AA can be triggered without the proof of abduction.
We have to remember that any .gov agency wants to and needs to show off in the public eye that they are needed and our tax dollars have to go their way. Hence they want more “action”, more Amber Alerts. More abducted children and so on. Because if there were not any what would be the purpose of their existence. Soon every parent will be a potential abductor.
It always works the same way. And in this instance we put .gov between man, woman and the children. Their problems should be resolved in the FAMILY, not courts. And why aren't they? Well it's another topic. I know at least one reason – women can do anything, literally anything and men don't have any recourse. How come Muslims don't have those problems?
Like everything the .gov touches – it abuses its powers, hence we can not give .gov those powers in the first place. At the beginning it all looks innocent and for “the greater good” but soon all those laws, regulations etc are used against us.
